Bounceback deals?

I am at the Pop. (First time I have ever stayed at a value and love it.)

Anyway, the bounceback was in the room and it listed only values at 20% off and moderates and the Wildneress Cabins at 30% off.

Before my arrival I had the Poly and the Wildnerness Lodge booked on a AAA rate. When I called the number to make a reservation for the Bounce Back, (although on what I am looking at it is not called bounceback) anyway when I called I asked if I could book a deluxe.

Yes. I could. Unfortunately the Poly and the Wildnerness Lodge were not available. The Animal Kingdom only had standard view and we really want savana view when we stay there.

All I could get was the Grand Floridian standard. I took it, but now I am doubting myself...but of course this is something I do with every Disney vacation...right up until the moment I check in...and then the magic begins...and I love everything.

We got a one night at Pop for $71 and change (including tax) for the first Friday in December since we are flying in after 11pm. We wanted the GF for our entire stay abut the only deluxes available for BC and AKL.

We are planning a trip in Dec. Do they ever have bounceback offers then? We are hoping to plan a trip in 2009 also. If you don't get a flyer in your room can you ask about it?

Asking always is a good thing. Sometimes the flyers are not in the rooms but there is a bounceback offer. You can always check the TV channel.

I"m not sure of the number, but it's the schedule channel that shows park hours for each park, parade times, and weather. When I was there it showed at the bottom of the screen.

The room TV. There is a channel, I don't know the number, that gives all type of Disney info including the bounceback
