We booked bounce back last year for a group of 12. On the original trip was me and 3 other adults. We were able to book two cabins with
free dining but one of the adults there currently had to be the head of the reservation. So I'm one head of reservation on a cabin full of people who weren't there and my dad is the head on another. We probably aren't going to sleep the way it's booked, but that's the only way it was allowed.
Also just a thought. Do you really have to even fly down and actually be there? What if you book a room and do online check in then call the bounce back number, not the extension? How would they ever know you didn't actually show up? You would just pay for the one night. I don't want to encourage bad behavior but just curious if that would work.
