going in January 2016 with just wife.
Then want Togo back in October with kids too. If I don't get offer can iask for one? Or are they totally random?

And in January do they still do keys to the kingdom tour and is fantasmic every night? Thanks

For the Bounce Back, the extension is 8844. Just call from your room and they can tell you if there is anything available.

Keys to the Kingdom, yes it should be available. Fantasmic... not sure, someone else will have to answer that.

The Bounce Back info is usually in the middle of the folder/packet of info you receive when you check in. If not, call 8844 from your room.

Last January, Fantasmic was performed at least once every night except for one night when the park closed at 6:00 PM for a private event.

I didn't see anything in our room last November about a bounce back. We had already checked out (but not left property). I called the main number and the transferred me to the "bounce back department" who verified that I had just checked out that day (she said you have until your check out day at midnight) and let me book the current offer they were running at that time.
