I asked this soon after I returned last November, but did not get too many responses.
The CM I got on the phone (I called from the Pop registration desk at the time of check-out), was not very pleasant. She stated that my reservation for the bounce-back was limited to only members of my current trip party. That, for us, would exclude my husband and toddler son, as that trip was a "girls-only" surprise trip and our August trip would be a family vacation. My aunt, who I was travelling with, was standing next to me at Pop on the phone with a bounce-back CM who was allowing her to book 2 rooms, on 2 separate reservations, to include various extended family members.
So, in summary, as a group we have 3 reservations. We have all but 2 members of our travelling party listed on the various reservations. There is "space" available for those 2 travellers when you consider room capacity (Pop - 4, plus toddler under 3). What we would like to do is move one of my daughters to another room and add my husband and toddler to my room.
1) Does this seem reasonable/possible to do?
2) Who should I contact to get the best results? Include a phone number, too, if possible.
