Bought Points @ 2 Resorts - 11 month Question

We have points at both the Beach Club and at Saratoga Springs. When we come upon the 11 month booking window, may we only use those points for their respective resorts? For example, say half are for one resort and half are for the other, but what we want to book will require more than half of our points. If we want to book SSR, may we use Beach Club points at 11 months or does DVC not make that distinction? Thanks!

You may only use the points at 11 months at each of their respective resorts. However, you can bank and/or borrow to get more points at each resort.

Example: Say you have 150 BCV, and 120 SSR, you could bank your 2005 BCV into 2006 and that would give you 300 points at BCV in 2006. Then you could borrow your 2006 SSR points into 2005, and have 240 points for SSR in 2005. You could continue this each year, and essentially have more points for an 11 month advantage alternating resorts each year.
