We just got home Sunday night and I put my new Mickey crystal/mother of pearl/gold and silver brushed watch on this morning and thought the battery was dead. Went out over my lunch hour, got the battery replaced, and it still doesn't want to work. The second hand will go for about 5 minutes and then quit! I've never had this happen to me in all my disney trips--what do I do? Will the Disney store be any help with my paid receipt??

I dread having to send it back.....
HELP.

The DIsney Store can't help you. However, look on your receipt -- there is a phone number for WDW Merchandise. Call them for info.

Thanks.
I have a feeling this will be an interesting journey........

I'm taking the easy way out. I have a friend who lives in Celebration who will take it back for me one-on-one and send me the replacement.
I am very leery of just sending it in the mail to an address with no assurance they will receive it. And purchasing insurance, sending it certified, etc. just adds to the cost.

Lesson learned: make sure your purchases "work" before you fly home!!
