Bottomless milkshake??

i've always gotten milkshakes and smoothies as my drink on the ddp. we're mostly on deluxe though, but i dont think that matters. You're referring to Whispering Canyon Cafe right? They have the basic flavors and an orange flavor. I wanted to get it so bad, the orange, but their machine was broken so i got a smoothie instead which wasnt creamy. It'll get the milkshake in Dec, hopefully they wont break the machine again. lol

We have eaten at several table service restaurants that allowed us to get a milkshake instead of a soft drink, on the dining plan, but the only one with free milkshake refills is Whispering Canyon Cafe.

I have had the caramel and the orange; both yummy!

DH had the chocolate when we were on the dining plan in June. He managed to get two of them down but was pretty full after eating the skillet. Our waitress brought him two at the beginning. She told him they were running low on chocolate. (I wondered how they could be running low, don't they make them when you order them)?

If I remember correctly, our waitress (at Whispering Canyon Cafe) told us that the chocolate milkshakes are made by mixing vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. They don't use chocolate ice cream.

So, maybe they were running low on syrup and she thought she would make and bring two chocolate shakes to the table before the syrup ran out and chocolate was no longer an option.

Yes, all milkshakes start out as vanilla and then the flavor syrup is added.

Current flavors at WCC are vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, caramel, orange, bubble gum and cotton candy.
