Bottle Water

Does anyone know if carrying on water, does it need to be in the original plastic case wrapping? Or can we carry them on as loose bottles?
We are buying a 24 pack of water that we will open to use while in WDW before we board the ship. Hoping we can just stuff the remaining bottles in our carry ons to take on the ship.

Non-alcoholic beverages can be carried on in any way you want (as can beer, wine, and champaign within the quantity limits). They just can't be placed in checked bags.

All bottles have to be sealed and clear I believe, otherwise you'll have to dump them.
