I have tried looking on the DCL site, but their mobile site is next to useless.

Are (baby) bottle warmers allowed or provided if needed?

Guest services has a limited number of both bottle warmers and bottle sterilizers. You cannot bring your own, however.

There are also pack and plays, bedrails, and diaper genies available.

I sailed when ODD was 9 months old. We never used a bottle warmer- but at meal time CMs would almost always ask if we needed boiling water to heat up her bottles.

Electrical appliances such as rice cookers, hot plates, coffee makers, electric irons, bottle sterilizer and bottle warmers, electric blankets, electric blenders, etc. Please note: A limited number of approved bottle warmers and bottle sterilizers are available upon request through Guest Services. Also all ships offer laundry facilities with irons and ironing boards. Valet laundry service is also available for a nominal

You can pick up a bottle warmer And sterilizer at guest services. There is a deposit (something like $25 or $50 each) that will be refunded to you upon return of items.
I went straight to guest services to pick up these items plus a stroller on embarkation. Unfortunately you cannot reserve them ahead of time.

I would note the need of one on the Special Requests area of reservation. I would also call TA or DCL and let them know you need one.
