We are flying on Song out of Boston tomorrow night (7:05 flight). Does anyone know if Song has curbside check-in. I know I can check in online, so will probably do that. I'm looking for easiest way to handle bags and kids - should DH drop me, kids and bags, then DH can drive to long-term parking and shuttle back by himself? I'm thinking that all of us with bags on the shuttle won't be the easiest way to go. Any thoughts?

If you are going to check in curbside your husband will need to show his license to the sky cap before he leaves with the car.

stacieps; my family did just this a couple of weeks back. We arrived in the minivan, unloaded luggage, children, carry-ons and DW (also DS's wheelchair) at curbside; then we checked the luggage curbside, I showed my license, DS showed hers, then I went and parked at the economy lot, took the shuttle back. DW and the kids waited for me in an entertaining part of the terminal, then we all went thru the TSA checkpoint together and on to the gate.

Tho it's chilly, curbside works best. Be sure to tip; those guys checking us in do a great job. Don't do the on-line check-in as that is only for passengers with no bags to check. Good luck!

We flew Flysong out of Logan last month. If you're planning on checking your baggage curbside, it's not really necessary to do the online. We had no problem with DH pulling our car up right near the skycaps. We unloaded the luggage, presented our ID's at the desk, handed the skycap a tip and we were done in what seemed like 5 minutes. DH left to take care of the car and the kids and I waited for him inside the terminal. When you enter, walk to your right and towards the security check. Just before you go through, there is a small food court area on your right. They have seating and it's a good spot to meet up. We've done this on a few occassions and it's worked fine.

Good timing by the way, you should definitely make it out before the first snowflake flies. Just an FYI too if you haven't flown Song before, they have the most uncomfortable headphones. They're the type that go inside your ears. If you have any over the ear types, I definitely put them in my carryon, or ask for them specifically on the plane.
