Boring Fast Pass question

I am asking for a friend---because I would never stay off property. She is staying off property, and buying tickets from Undercover Tourist. What are he Fast Pass options? Can she book them in advance, or does she have to do it in the park? Each day?? Also----to get her tickets onto a Magic Band---where can she go to do that? Thank you for your advise!

Really, you don't have to explain why you would be asking about staying offsite. Very nice people stay offsite.

They can link the tickets and book 30 days out.

Set up MDE. Link tickets. FP can be made 30 days before the day of use. I *think* she would do this before each day versus being able to make her whole vacation at once at day 30 from the first day.

She can only get a magic band via purchase at the parks once she arrives. (I think.)

She can purchase a Magic Band and link it to her account. You don't have to buy them at the park anymore, I believe they can be ordered online via the Disney Store now.
