Yes, but I have this weird thing, where I can't eat apple slices that have been sliced for a while. I know they are perfectly fine, but when they start changing color a little and aren't cold cold cold, I get creeped out. I will definitely use them for apples at home though!.

I am the same way. I buy the sliced apples at Costco, they don't turn brown.

I was just thinking... what kind of effect do you think the Academy Awards will have on crowds on Sunday??? I mean....Oscars are pretty big, do you think a lot of people will be at home watching them? Because that would be awesome!! Won't get my hopes up though.

In other news, bought tickets for Alice In Wonderland 3D for Monday night!

Last year at the same time, we were there on a Saturday and Sunday and we had zero problems with crowds. We'll be there Sunday and Monday this time so I'm not going to worry too much. Monday should be nice.

What I am worrying about though is a pair of prescription sunglasses that I ordered online. I REALLY wanted to have them in time for the trip and it's making me anxious whether or not they will be here by Saturday. I got a notice saying that they have shipped and keep checking for tracking info but USPS just says that they were shipped not where they are. I love when UPS and USPS tells you what city they are in, and what time they left that city etc.

This is my first time ordering prescription sunglasses let alone ONLINE. But I found reaaaally inexpensive frames on a website so I'm not too too worried if they end up a little weird. I know that I am not going to wear them all the time, and I'm probably going to throw them around in the car more than I should. $12 frames seems like a good try. We'll see.

They came TODAY. They are fantastic!! They make me so giddy. I was worried that they wouldn't get here on time/would have a wonky prescription/be ugly but none of the above was true! I'll know where to get sunglasses from now on. I think that I might need to get a back-up pair too

Not at all thankfully. I work far enough away from downtown SC that the street closures didn't get in the way. Also, I had two clients who are students at UCSC who came in today because they couldn't go to class, so for me.

We went to Sacramento today to get concert tickets for my daughter and the protesters tried to close I-80 in Davis. It was a mess.

I will go check this website out.
