Booster Seat & Cabs

I have two questions which I would be grateful if anyone could help me with.

First of all do hire cars have booster seats for five year olds or should our friends bring one with them from the UK?

Second question is how much would a cab cost the 10 mile trip from WDW to Internation Drive?

Most of the Checker Cabs on property have a car seat available. As for the cost, my GUESS is that it would be around $20-25, give or take.
