Booking with CM or Online???

I got the feeling a lot of you booked on the phone with a CM.
Is there some advantage to booking with a CM instead of just doing it yourself online?

If I wasn't going to book everything myself (primarily because we're renting DVC points), I'd definitely go with a travel agent. I've priced packages just out of curiosity previously, and found that a better deal can be had with a travel agent, not to mention all the advantages that come with having a free planning assistant.

I always book with a CM, they may be able to find you a discount, that online doesn't offer.

I booked with a CM because the WDW website didn't communicate well with my MAC computer. I could look at stuff, but I couldn't get quotes or book. I am also going on my first trip so I had lots of questions. So I called them and they were wonderful. They are so full of info and most are extremely friendly. Of my 4-5 calls trying to make it work with my budget, I only got one nasty. I thanked her, hung up and called back. Everyone else was thumbs up.

I did it because I was doing two different ressies, for the same time, and we wanted to be by each other, but I must of got a discount too, because it was cheaper with the CM than what the site said

We looked on-line then called because of something we were not sure of. We ended up booking with the CM and saved right at $1100.00. Like CastleCreations stated they are more aware of discounts that are not on-line.

I agree-- there could be a code with your name on it that the computer would never know about. Call.
