Hi again all,
You were all so helpful with my last question that I thought I'd just go ahead and see if anyone had any insight on this. And let me preface it by saying I already know this is a pretty crazy question, but what the heck, I'll ask it anyway. I genuinely want to know and can't find the answer.
Is it possible to book two rooms under my name at two different Disneyland hotels, for the same dates? (Say one room at GC and one at DLH?) If the funds are available and the person is willing to fully pay for both, will they let you do that? (Only one person in party).
I supposed it's more of a theoretical question, but my mind is going to a situation where you book at a certain hotel but are afraid you won't like the room, so you want to have another booked as well. My impression from past experience is is that you can't do this in WDW, but from what I'm reading, it sounds like it might be possible at DL.
Thanks very much for humoring me and letting me know! I'd be curious if anyone has an answer.
Thanks again.

I have done so on multiple occasions though not cancelling before the 5 day room only deadline would be pricey just to have a backup. I would think if a problem with your room/hotel, they would work with you to move to the other hotel, if rooms are available and if you’re willing to pay any rate difference.

Thank you! I would hope so too. I've just had a few bad experiences with Disney hotels. If something comes up I try to move but I guess I just go at busy times and they're full. I'd love to know how you booked the rooms; I reached out to the online chat and they said this was no possible due to "emergency reasons" (occupancy numbers would not be right). I do appreciate your thoughts on this, thank you!
