Hi
We r from uk and booking window opens tomorrow. We r looking at dates 28-10-15 for 9 nights
Only thing I'm really worried about is that there is 6 of us. Can we cope with one bathroom and what happens if there are no 6 seat golf carts available. We all wanna stay here I just need convincing. There r 2 adults 4 kids aged 3,5,11,16
Thanks

You have one bathroom in the rig, but nearby is a comfort station with more toilets and showers that the older kids can use with little worry. As for golf carts, I can only say call early and request a 6 seat cart. But depending on everyones butt size, if you can seat 3 in a row on a golf cart seat (keep the youngest next to the driver) you could manage a 4 seater.

You can easily fit two adults and four young kids in a four seat golf cart, have the 3yo sit on moms lap and the other three in the back. Are you renting a cabin for your stay at the fort.

Yes we are gonna have a cabin
:)

last1973,

to take off a little pressure from using one bathroom in the cabin with 6 people, I would suggest requesting loop 2100 (a cabin loop) that is adjacent to camping loop 1100. There is a paved sidewalk that connects the two loops with a Comfort Station (shower house) along the sidewalk in between the two loops. The Comfort Station probably doesn't get much use since it only serves one camping loop.

You can request a loop, a location (near a Comfort Station) or both (in this case), in the My Disney Experience web app now well in advance of your arrival. Even on the day you physically get to the Fort, you can ask the Cast Member checking you in to place you in 2100 near the Comfort Station and they will do their best to accommodate you. If a cabin is not ready yet (you arrived early in the morning before check out time, for example) you have the option to wait a couple hours to get what you want or take an alternative.

Good luck to you on planning your trip.

Just to be difficult,

Have you looked at the price difference between a cabin/golf cart and family suite at AoA or AS Music (or even connecting rooms at any Value Resort) where you would have 2 bathrooms? (I know UK prices are different than US.) Or is the kitchen at the cabin something you're planning to use a lot?

Actually, I'm not trying to be difficult, just help you make the best decision for you. We are looking forward to many of the activities at FW next year when we tent camp there, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pop Century, too.

Have a great trip whatever you decide!
