Booking spa at a resort - how far out?

About how far out from a trip should spas be booked? Do they book up quick at all? The trip wont be till next November or so, so I have time. Just want to get my dates in order.

I found a snippet on wdwinfo that said Grand Floridian spa services can be booked up to 4 months in advance, so I guess that is my answer.
