Booking RoR with multiple families

I'm wondering if anyone has been in this situation?

Our group is 3 families, each with their own main organizer, MDE account, and cc hooked up to that account for billing on Individual Attraction Selections. We're all listed together in our friends group on MDE. Is it possible for one organizer to book us as a party of 5? Will MDE be able to auto-bill the correct people to their linked cc, or would the person booking have to pay for everyone?
