Booking restaurants

I can start booking for our December trip on June 26th, yes, just a few short hours away.

Can I book at Midnight? If so, is it Midnight MY time (central) or Midnight Florida time? Which would then be 11pm my time.

Another thing...I know where I want to go for every day there, breakfast lunch and dinner...would it be easiest for me to call in my ressies, or should I do it online? I want whatever is quickest.

We REALLY want La Cellier for dinner for the Candle light procession. Does anyone know what time I would book dinner for this?

Ah rats!!! I was really hoping it was midnight! Looks like an early morning for me. That's 5am central.

at 7 AM FL time and can do online and have done that but prefer to call and do over the phone and then they will email to you to print out with all conformation numbers.

Yeah, I just called HOPING I could get lucky and maybe since it was over the holiday that would have changed, and it said 7am Eastern time. I am going to call right at 7am EAstern and get it all taken care of.

I'm so excited! Can't wait to get our dining booked. Woop Woop.

Just tried to book online to Candlelight pkg. and it was not up at 6:00 am like we we told last night by a Disney rep.

It is after 7am eastern time and I can't book online OR get through to a rep. Grrrr, so frustrating!

At 7:00 we called and were on hold. 6:00 am I went online and there was nothing up. As I was on hold at 7:05 I went back online and there was the reservation icon for candle light pro. Most of the time slots for our restaurant were taken.. Well back to my coffee.

Le Cellier is not available for CP dinner. Lunch only.

Holy Hannah, I finally got booked. It must have been a mad dash this am. Tried calling at 7am eastern, and got busy notification. Couldn't book online, kept getting errors....After hitting redial continuously for 20 minutes I finally got through. Then was on hold for 30 minutes before waking my hubby so he could sit on hold while I got showered for work. My awesome hubby got connected with a person and booked all of our ressies! Had to flip flop Garden Grill and La Cellier, couldn't get into T-Rex, but was able to get teppan Edo. And couldn't reserve yak and yeti until Friday since we have 9 in our group, and they said it was too early for us to call it in. Overall, I am pleased!

We ended up getting 2 CPs. Does anyone know if we can have just lunch at la cellier, or does it have to be cp? Since we have cp for garden grille, I want just standard lunch at la cellier.
