My window for Palo opens soon. We have two cabins booked -- each with one adult. Will I be able to book Palo for two on one of the reservations online when my window opens? How do I go about doing this?

If your multiple cabins are linked together and if they are both paid in full you can reserve Palo, excursions etc for the 2nd cabin under one reservation #. They will show up when you go to book them and you select the adults over 18 in your party that you want to reserve Palo for.

If you booked if yourself, you can go to cruise modify and there is a spot to link reservations. YOu can check to see if you are linked and if not you can link them. If you booked through a TA you can check with the TA that they are linked.

Where on the DCL web site is "cruise modify"?? I want to link our reservation to our DSs. Thanks!

I just checked this to see how you can do it.

If you go to my reservations and enter you reservation # and birthday you will see the My Reservations screen. Click on Modify under My Reservation.

The Please Wait Mickey Boat Screen Comes up and then the screen to make changes to your reservation.

There is a box on the bottom right hand side that says Linked Reservations. If you click on that it gives you the option to link your reservation. You will need the reservation # of the cabin you want to link and the birthdate of the lead person on the reservation.

If it is already linked it should show after you hit the linked reservations #.

And if you have any trouble, make a Palo reservation for one and add the second person later. Since there are no tables for one, it is always possible to add a second person.

See, this is why I love the disboards.

Awesome!

We had a TA make the reservations and link them. I'm sure they are linked, but I just can't see that they are.

I just know that you can read all the "how it's supposed to work" in the world, but when you go to do it either your computer or the DCL system may not cooperate. Trust me, I stayed up till 2 am to make our ressies--the system didn't let me in. I rebooted the computer, etc--did everything I knew. Tried again at 8 am and it worked fine. So much for midnight EST.

My logic is "anything that can go wrong, might." Have a "work around" plan.

Thanks, it worked! :sunny:

Thanks for asking this question. I have the same concern for booking next week. It's our first time having two cabins for our family.

Do you have to be paid in full to be able to link the reservation?

And how many reservation can you link together? We are 3 families with a total of 4 cabins, that would like to be link.

You don't have to be paid in full. We only have our deposits paid and I was able to link them yesterday.

I'm pretty sure that you can link several reservations together because we did it on our cruises in 2004 and 2006.
