booking office open on Sunday?

Situation:
I'm thinking of booking CRT for Dec 11th. The booking date falls on Sunday Sep 12th.

Question:
Will the booking office open on Sunday? or can I book it a day earlier (do they even open on Saturday?) or should I book it on Monday?

DIsney reservations are open everyday ....starting at 7AM EST..You can book a room, a meal, a dinner show just about anything you want to reserve can be done on anyday.
