Booking lightening lanes from the uk?

Hi I am due to book lightening lanes in a few weeks. Can people from the uk now book 7 days out or do we still have to have a work around? I have changed my country to ‘USA’ and I can currently see the price of multi pass per day but obviously can’t book as I don’t have a ticket for those dates. I am assuming I won’t have any problems?

They resolved the issues with booking outside the US, so once you have your tickets loaded to your account you will be able to get your Lightning Lanes 7 days in advance if you're staying at a Disney hotel or 3 days if offsite. I have been able to book them with my location set to UK.

Have been able to for a long time. It changed last October. You can just book as normal on the app at your reservation window.

As an FYI you can park hop with the lightening lane passes. For example if you buy animal kingdom lightening lanes you can book passes at Magic Kingdom for later in the day. You can do this as soon as you use your first pass in animal kingdom.
