Hello DISers!

I just realized that my 60-day window opens up over Labor Weekend and we will be on vacation!
I will not have easy access to wifi, but I will have cell phone service. I have an ipad. Can I book FP+ on that?

Yes! I booked mine on my ipad last year with no problems at all and will be doing so again in a couple of weeks. My FP+ window opens up on Labor Day weekend too, on Sept 6th!

Thanks! I read somewhere that booking FP on a phone could be harder, so I wanted to make sure I could do it on the ipad with relative ease.

Does anyone have any experience with booking on an ipad? Is easier to use the app or the browser?

This is my first time having to make FP+ so now I am freaking out a little! :worried:

I don't have my tickets yet so I can't practice! Hopefully I will get them soon!

I found using the app frustrating ( it may work fine but I'm challenged!) but the website using my browser worked as well as my desktop. Even easier since I could still stay in bed while I waited.

I book through my iPhone 90% of the time. I just use MDE. It's just as easy as doing it on a computer.

The web browser is better as far as viewing time slots and rearranging. But everything can be done through the app.

All I have is an iPad. I used it the last two trips to book my FP+, I signed in through safari. It worked fine.

I do everything on my iPad: booked the trip, made ADRs, chose and exited my Fast passes. Absolutely everything. I did it all through Safari on Disney's website. I didn't use the app until we were in the parks on my iPhone.

Thank you everyone. Do I have to use safari? I always use Chrome. Is safari recommended? I'll starting playing around on MDE (through a browser) so I get used to it. so far, I have only used MDE on my laptop.

Safari isn't necessary, I just always use it on my apple devices since it is preloaded. I suspect you can use whatever browser you prefer.

Tinkerbella- did you use the app or go through a browser and do it on the website?
I will never use the app for anything other than checking what I have coming up when I'm there and wait times for attractions. I use Safari and it was a breeze. The app has given me nothing but problems and very glitchy with adrs and fp's.
