Can you book one resort and wait list another on same dates?

Yes, you can, as long as you are within your booking period for that second resort.

As Bobbi said, yes. Beware that if the wait listed dates become available, they will cancel open reservations for the same dates and confirm the new reservation without contacting you. They will send a printed confirmation after the new reservation is confirmed.
