Booking & AAA

If I want a room only ressie & want to try & use my AAA discount, does it have to be done on the phone? Is there any place to include AAA discount if I want to book online? If I have to call, it doesn't have to be a TA to book my ressie to get the discount does it? Have used AAA TA last few trips & really don't want to for next May. We booked Poly for this Sept without them & I liked having control over my own ressies! Can anyone give me a quick refresher about booking with AAA discount?

You can book ROOM ONLY AAA through CRO however AAA packages have to be booked through AAA agent. This was confirmed by CRO today! Hope this helps!

Other than booking my last package for me, I had control over everything else, including my ADR's. I made those through CRO. Is that what you're referring to?
