Booking a CP package?

This is my first time booking a CP package. I know that the window opens on July 26th. How will it work? I just call the number, say I want a dining package at X restaurant on Y day for Z showing and they help me? I guess I am nervous since I know the phones will be busy.

We are hoping for a lunch package. Will that be available only for the 5 show? That actually works well for us, but I want to make sure I'm not surprised on the phones.

Also, what time do the phones open? I've been using the online system for so long, I forget what time I need to set the alarm for. Thanks!!!

Someone can correct me, but I believe the phone lines open at 7am eastern time. And from what I understand, the CP package must be booked by phone...I've also gotten very used to doing my ADR's online.

I'm planning to just tell the CM that I want to book the CP for x date, at y location, for lunch. Then we'll just see what happens! I plan to have plan B or even plan C just in case. I also understand that we will secure the reservation with a credit card though we do have the ability to cancel (48 hours?) if need be. I'm sure they will tell us in their spiel.

I don't think the package is worth 2 credits, so we're planning for an OOP lunch...I've thinking Via Napoli since I love all pizza. There are a few pasta options for those who don't like their style of pizza.

Wonder how long it will take all of us to get through since most of us will be calling that early????

You tell them you are booking the CP pkg, they will ask which show,restaurant .5pm show is a LUNCH seating, they will tell you the times available that fit that criteria.Same thing with the other showtimes.They will tell you the available dining times.You MUST dine BEFORE the showtime, it is not an option to do it after.
