Booked direct with Disney

Just a quickie but I booked through Disney last week and was just wondering if I can expect written confirmation/receipt for deposit etc anytime soon.

Also, does anyone know when the tickets are usually sent out (after the balance has been paid of course).

yes you will get a confirmation/reciept we booked through them for next year and it came about a week later Dont know when the tickets will be sent as it first time we have booked with them.

Hi,
I also booked last week direct with Disney UK and the confirmation letter arrived in 2 days. I assume we won't hear anything else until the final balance is due. It's the first time we've booked direct too!

I am assuming that you have booked through Disney in the US so the following should apply, not sure about booking direct in the UK.

If you have booked room only you will only get an email.

If you have booked a package you may get an email confirmation but should also receive a confirmation through the post.

You won't receive any tickets as they are added to your room key card (Key To The World) along with the DDP credits if booked at check in.
