Booked bounce back ( free dining ) in Dec, have a question.

We booked the free dining package for Aug 15 - 19 when we were at BWV in Dec. We're thinking of adding a night and changing the dates to Aug 22-26. Has anyone changed a bounce back reservation once they made it? We were told we would be able to make any changes as long as the dates, etc. were available but were not able to add a room for our large family 2 days after we returned home. TIA

I was able to change the dates of our reservation but it was to delete not add days. They also had told me I could add people up to the room limits (I had booked two rooms for 8 people with one under three so maybe could add one more if we wanted to) after I got home. Now adding an additional room may be something totally different.
