Book several sites next to each other

we are Already in planning mode for my 40th birthday in jan 2020 and we are researching all options. One of Them is spending time in Disney As some sort of family reunion since i am in Europe and my family is in new England. I was wondering If anyone has had any success booking several sites next to each other? I know about creekside meadow, But several have trailers. I was hopping to have the kids be able to run around between sites. I know we are 3.5 years out But coordinating family and friends from around the World requires time, plus the other thought is a Cruise. Thanks

Yes you book them all at the same time and link them with the CM on the phone. Also call before and make sure they are linked together. We do it every year with at least 3 sites, and FW does a great job keeping us all close together as best they can.

For example for our November trip, I made my reservations, my sisters and my moms all on the same call one after another just tell them how many you need to do up front and they know what they are doing.

You have to have all their information from home address and guests and pay for one day each, you can use their card they just have to give it to you. Also have their email and any information they may need. Also write down all reservation numbers so you can send them to the family member in case they do not get the reservations (that happened to my mom once, but I do think she got the email but it may have been in her spam folder). So I just gave my mom her reservation number and all was good

It used to be done thru the grand gatherings but they no longer offer that.
