If you are like me, you don't need a travel agent for any info. I booked my first cruise a year out and spent the next twelve months studying everything possible about Disney cruises. (I'm a geek who loves to research) I was not surprised about one thing the entire cruise except the long line to get off for Disney World day on our NYC cruise. For this next cruise I used a TA simply to get an onboard credit to pay for a cabana on Castaway Cay as concierge.
