:cool1: Yippeee! We're getting so excited! It's coming up so fast!

The shooting was crazy! It will be interesting to see how it all plays out in the end. I feel so bad for the girl! if the bullet hadn't hit the window and been slowed down going through the glass apparently she wouldn't have been so lucky

ADR's coming right up!

Coming up! I promise!

Friday 1/15, dinner 1900 Park Fare 4:35 pm princess:

I was really impressed I had no trouble getting anything I wanted. I told the man I spoke to a range of times for each ADR and in most cases he came back with more then 1 for me to pick from! Including LeCellier!

We will be eating well on this trip!! A lot of the place I chose I chose because I knew my sisters kiddos wanted to eat there.

The only place I'm apprehensive about is Rose and Crown. It doesn't look like a large place to me and I'm worried a bit about being crowded in a small place :scared1:

This week I'm going to start packing for our halloween trip, I think.

Those who have done this with me before know that I usually pack the kids stuff in gallon ziploc bags. One bag for each day, whole outfit, sock and undies included. That way we just have to take them out and throw them on.

I'll probably do that again this trip.

I'm just a little concerned about what to pack! There have been record temps in FL recently! :scared1: I HATE hot weather!! I'm hoping an praying that it will cool down soon!!

That's it for now!!

But, of course, we're still counting down

Yayay! Congrats on getting all the ADRs you wanted - even LeCellier, wow. It all sounds wonderful!

Congrats on the ADRs!! I haven't heard from my TA yet but I am not worried! ;)

You are a good women LL!! I'd be freaking out by now!! Actually, I would have freaked out along time ago!

Yayay! Congrats on getting all the ADRs you wanted - even LeCellier, wow. It all sounds wonderful!

:cool1: Yummy, yummy, yummy!! I'm so excited about our meals for our jan trip!! We're going to be eating well!!

Congrats on the ADR's and congrats on being in the teen's! :cool1::woohoo::cool1: I'm so glad you got everything you wanted!

I also predict that the temperatures will improve over the next week or two. I have no reason to say that. I just have a hunch!

:yay: so glad to hear you got all your ADRs!! I hope that means loooooow crowds for ya too. You have some awesome choices-it's going to be one great meal after another. :goodvibes

I was a few pages behind so I just read about this stuff too....
When I did the original Mickey head tye dyes I stitched the out with dental floss like the directions on the craft board say. But, I wasn't at all happy with the way they came out. So I trashed them, good thing I buy plain whites tee (not the band ;)) everytime I see them on sale at Target or Walmart. I decided to tye dye the tees and then make stencil! Then I used fabric spray paint to make the head. From there I go the idea that I could really do the silhouette of a lot of stuff. See as DD loves tink I went that route. The pants I just did a smaller stencil.

Doing the stencils was a lot less work then stitching out mickey's outline!! That tool forever and was a giant pain in the neck! I want to do tees for everyone for January and there's no way in the world I'm stitching 10 shirts!!

This is SUCH a good idea!! It was always the stitching part that scared me away from doing the tye-dye. I can handle a stencil and paint! Perhaps, if time allows, I'll become adventurous for this upcoming trip....

There was all sorts of craziness around here today. Including a shooting at the high school in our town! :scared1::scared1:We live in a tiny town, a little over 4,000 permanent residents. This kinda of stuff doesn't happen here.

 VERY SCARY!!!:hug: So relived to hear that everyone is okay and they caught the crazy guy! :sad2:

Wow! Beautiful work!!!

These are cute!! I am always in awe of your craftiness. :thumbsup2

I have read about the record temps down in FL. I wish some of that would come our way and we'd stop getting SNOW. :headache:

So glad that you got all your ADRs-they sound great....

I wouldn't worry about the Rose and Crown...it sounds likes that's a kind of warm and fuzzy snuggly kind of place...the servers were charming (it has been a while) and if you have a drink or two you'll start speaking with an English accent...;)

Congrats on Le Cellier-I agree with Brooke-I think that bodes really well for your crowd levels...:thumbsup2

Wow...:woohoo:...one trip in 16 days? and another several months after that...

Sounds pretty good...:yay:

January is going to be a great trip!!! :cool1:

I'm thinking the temps are going to go down to a reasonable level soon.

Good ADRs! My Disney envy-itis is flaring up again.. ;)

:lmao: LOL! Don't ya hate that?! Disney envy is the worst because you start getting those disney blues!

I'm hoping the ease of making the ADR's is a good sign for the crowd levels too! Really, the only issue we had last year in January wasthe insane amount of south american tour groups and the fact that a great number of them were very rude! People think american are rude, ha!

Definitely try doing a stencil! It was sooo super easy and super quick!

The shooting was soo scary! The story has changed quite a bit since it happened. The guy shot from his backyard next to the school grounds. He says he was cleaning his mothers 22 caliber rifle and it acidently went off. But, my understanding of it from my Dad, who is sort of an amateur weapons expert, says that's impossible. You can't clean a gun like that loaded. So he was either taking target practice in the yard at something or is a real wacko and fired at the school on purpose. Originally they said the bullet went through the screen of the open window. It turns out it broke a closed window and if it hadn't been for the window slowing the bullet down the girl that got hit would have been seriously hurt or worse. The guy is in jail and is facing all sorts of interesting charges and their looking to nail him for anything they can! It should be interesting!

I'm really happy with the way the diaper cake and the autograph books worked out! I just hope the autograph books work when it comes time for the characters to sign them!

I still can't get over that it snowed!!! :scared1: UGH and YUCK! Like I said in your TR, no way I could do that!!!

So glad that you got all your ADRs-they sound great....

:cool1: I'm so excited about the ADR's!!

I kinda have the same feeling about Rose and Crown. It will be a fun kinda cozy not a packed like sardines crowded place. Of course they also have the seating area outside. I can also assure that there will be adult beverages involved! Maybe I'll be brave and try Guinness. DH has had it and hates it, But he's not a dark beer kinda guy.

I'm super excited about Le Cellier!!! DDP doesn't offer appetizers but I assure you I will be ordering the Tomato Stack for an appetizer and salt rubbed prime rib for a main course! Yummy!!!

Ahh, your so right!! A trip in 16 days and one in January!! Not to mention the trip last January and the anniversary trip DH and I took in March! I am officially disney spoiled!! :woohoo:

Great ADR's

Oh my 6 kids in T-Rex? Wow.

I could never get away with the zip lock concept, my kids would revolt. They are suprisingly picky about their outfits. I make them pack, give them a list of how many of what with the caveat that things must MATCH. And that I have veto power.

I tihnk DH and I will be fine with the kids at T-Rex. Like I said, my older niece is basically like having another adult. She spends most of her summers here with us and is a great help with the little ones!! I'm pretty sure Ryan actually thinks she's his sister. Even now almost 2 months after she went home the end of August he'll ask me "Where Jessisa(2 year old for Jessica) Momma?" He adores her!! My nephew is 16 and a super great kid! DS6 thinks he's just about the coolest guy in the world besides Daddy and his Grandpas. My 11 year old niece is an all around great kid as well but is super attached to her mom so I'm a little worried about that separation. She's also a black belt so I know if anyone messes with us in WDW she can protect us ;)

Ahhh, packing! I'm so suprised I haven't done it yet!! I have got to by this weekend!! Once this week is over I don't think I'll have much time!!

I have to pack for everyone, including DH  The little boys don't care what I pack, DH gives me anything specific he wants to go and DD is my helper. If anyone would care it would be DD but she trusts my taste in her clothes. She still lets me pick out her clothes for school!! She LOVES anything I come home from the store with for her!! I keep telling her that's why she's lucky she's the only little girl in family!

2 weeks from now we should be in MK :cool1:

The next 2 weeks should be busy, just like the last week has been.

DS6 has been sick since the end of last week  He's been running a fever since Sunday and has a terrible cough :sad2: I took him to the Dr on Tuesday. She said that he has the flu  So, of course, I asked about swine flu. she said that because he isn't super sick so the treatment is the same. She told me if seems worse and the fever goes up to bring him back.

He actually seems pretty un-sick! He's in the dining room playing with an elaborate lego set up right now.

But he still has a fever. Not much of one, 100.4 at last check.

DS2 seems a little bit down and out. but he goes from laying on the couch looking pale to running around being a crazy 2 year old in a about 2 seconds flat!

Those of you who where with me on my March TR may remember that DS2 was super sick in June and they thought it maybe swine flu. :confused3

Life is never dull around here!!

I'm trying to get everything done and ready! Yikes! I haven't done DS6 sorcerer mickey costume yet! Yikes, Yikes!!

Next weekend is out for anything because of the baby shower!! I also still have a few things to do for the shower! Yikes again!

I'm hoping to have mostly everything done for the trip before next weekend so Sun - Wed of the week before we go can be for resting etc!!

We're really starting to get excited now!! Not that we weren't before. But this is even more so! DD has been reading the WDW Guide for kids every night this week for her nightly reading LOL!!

Ok, now it's time to go get DD at school!! Be back soon with another update and of course keep an eye out for more counting down in pics!
