I haven't stayed at Bonnet Creek, but at most timeshare resorts there is not daily maid service. You can usually arrange for a mid-week "trash and tidy" where they come replace your towels, and take away any trash, but that's about it. There may be exceptions to this and you may be able to make other arrangements. I've stayed in other Fairfield resorts and their rooms have all been very nice, especially the newer (or remodeled) units... and Bonnet Creek is new.
