Ok - we just love the look of the Bonnet Creek Orlando. We can't really afford or justify staying on WDW holy land as we have 6 people in our family total and the room prices get a bit high after their are 5 people in the rooms.

I called the Fairfield property directly and they quoted me $239.00 nightly, but were not available on the date I really want - so I found someone selling their points/stay for $700.00 for the week.

My question is: Is $700.00 reasonable? Of those that stayed, is this an okay price?
Also... Are the rooms family friendly? Our youngest will be 3 - but still a little terror at that time.... would he and the room be safe?????

Thanks for any advice

We stayed there last Thanksgiving week. Loved the easy drive to the parks, loved, loved, LOVED the lazy river for our down time. Is the $700 for a 1 or 2-bedroom? Either way, that's only $100 per night including taxes. I think it's a great price for all the space and having a kitchen and laundry.

Thats pretty good because I was quoted by a Fairfield owner $175 a night for 2 nights in October (and that is once its less then 2 months out too/discounted I guess) for a 2 bedroom

I would say it's a great price as well, but do watch where you are buying from, be sure and get all the info ect. if they are ff owners you will need a guest certificate, ect. We stayed there last sept and loved it but are going back to cyprus palms for this next trip in feb. :)

Hi everybody! We have officially changed our Disney trip to June 2007 instead of March because we just don’t have the time to save up the money. Plus, the misses wants to bring her family, which will make the trip cheaper in the long run. We are still going to be staying at Bonnet Creek. Does anybody know if they are going to have everything completed by then? Any help would mean a lot.

Mr. Mike
