I have a a breakfast scheduled at disney boardwalk .. how long should transportation be ??? It’s a off day

That hour of the day, your best bet is Uber/Lyft or taxi. Buses don't go resort to resort.

If you must use the bus service, I would take a bus to DHS then the boat back to the Boardwalk. Allow lots of time if that's your plan.

If your trip is after the gondolas open and you are staying at a gondola resort you could get to the International Gateway by gondola and walk from there.
