Boma or Jiko: Which one?

We have never tried Jiko but we did try Boma's this year for the 1st time and it was great!

Don't forget to try the zebra domes! :worship:

Just so you know you do not have to eat at Boma to get the Zebra Domes. Mara sells them also.

Boma without a doubt, Jiko too high priced.

This is a great thread because I was just trying to decide which to try. We've been to neither before. I think for me it will depend on what time I can find seating....

Has anyone been to the AK for the late hours 7-11 and if you have.....what would you think of eating at 8:40pm in November at Boma and then going back into the park?

I'm concerned that it might be cold that late at night in AK. We've done MK into the wee hours, but never anything past 5pm at AK.

We probably won't go on the Kali Rapids....but could do that much, much earlier in the day and change into pants? I'm just not sure that staying that late at AK is worth it.

Ah Jiko at 7pm, Boma at 8:40......I guess I'll go with Jiko because of the timing, but I didn't realize there was a dress code like CG. That may be tough if we're on our way out of AK. Ooohhhhh this is a tough decision this far out.

I have been to both. Jiko is lovely. But if you like to try lots of different interesting (but not too interesting!) foods, then go with Boma.
