Boma was an incredible dining epxerience. The food was amazing to say the least and the diningroom is beautiful! Such a fun experience.

Food + atmosphere = must do again!

I'm glad someone else enjoyed Boma as much as my husband and I. We always have a consistently awesome experience at Boma, and make it a point to go there every trip. It's a great place to go if you're really hungry - I usually have to be rolled out of there. :rotfl:

BOMA is now my favorite buffet on property, i loved it and will definitly book more than once next time, even my son who is a very picky 8 year old loved it!

It's our favorite too. Just out of curiosity, which menu rotation did you have? In other words, which night did you eat there. My bet is it was the Wednesday/Saturday or the Tuesday/Friday.

I believe we ate there on a Tuesday....whatever day, it was delicious! I think I could have spent the whole time just eating their soups!!! =)

We really enjoy the Tues/Fri and the Wed/Sat the best, really don't care for the Monday/Thurs at all. The Monday/Thurs soups are really wierd as are the meat selections on these days which is primarily pork. This is probably why Boma gets mixed reviews. I've seen many rave reviews from people eating there on the Wednesday/Saturday rotation especially.

Glad you enjoyed Boma so much! I've dined at Boma three times. The first two times it was AMAZING. The third, it just wasn't as spectacular.

What is the SUNDAY menu?

You know that's a good question, one I've been curious about but always forget to ask. We've only eaten there for brunch on Sundays. I will find out when we go in March and update the rotation list. Could you tell from the soups listed which day you went?

Judging by the soups - it looks like Sunday goes by menu three. (We ate there last Sunday 1/17/10 and it was AMAZING!!!!!)

Yep! We went on a Tuesday! =)

would anyone mind explaining boma to me. i want to go there but looking at pics of it it seems to be row seating? shared with strangers? am i seeing right? do they have tables for two?
any info on boma would be great. anyone know of a thread with pics. what i have seen are just a few off the wdw site.

Although there are half booths (tables with booth on one side and chairs on the other) you can also sit at a table.

I am a bit confused, as I have had coconut curry stew, my absolute favorite, on a Monday night before. Where did you get this information? If this is accurate, I will have to change my upcoming dining plan. Bummer, because DH loves the pork dishes better than the salmon. But I LOVE that stew and will go anywhere for it.

Yea!!!:yay: We are booked for a Tuesday and have never dined there before so this just makes it even better to look forward to.!

Boma is our new "can't miss"
It was off our radar for some time because it's a schlepp from POFQ but we took the plunge and now we are hooked.
I could quite easily eat every meal here...LOVE!!!!

BOMA is now my favorite buffet on property, i loved it and will definitly book more than once next time, even my son who is a very picky 8 year old loved it!

Yeah, I booked it this trip too, and I have one of those picky eaters, so WooHoo!

I think that Boma's is my favorite place to eat! We are going in December and I can't wait. We are going there for dinner and we are also going to try breakfast too!!!
