Boma!!!! Amazing!

We fell in love with Boma's dinner two trips ago. Last trip, we tried breakfast and were blown away. I think it may be the beat breakfast on property. There was some sort of curried sausage gravy and biscuits that was out of this world.

We tried Boma last Oct and it was my favorite meal! We ate on a Monday. Will eat on a Monday or Wednesday. And Possibly for Breakfast. The last time we ate there there was a beefdish that had almost an egg custard type of dish. It was so good.

We really enjoy the Tues/Fri and the Wed/Sat the best, really don't care for the Monday/Thurs at all. The Monday/Thurs soups are really wierd as are the meat selections on these days which is primarily pork. This is probably why Boma gets mixed reviews. I've seen many rave reviews from people eating there on the Wednesday/Saturday rotation especially.

Here's the rotation:
All Days have the same Pods One (Assorted African Breads), Two (fruits), Three (Salad fixings) and Kids' Pod (Chicken, fries, pasta, mac & cheese).

THANK YOU for those menus. Most of the Monday/Thursday selections look wonderful to me (especially the soups). But my wife and kids don't eat pork, so it looks like I'll better off choosing a different night for Boma.

We are eating at Boma for the very first time in March and this thread has really made us excited
We are eating there on a Sunday but there doesn't seem to be much information on this day does anyone have a Sunday menu?

We are definitely going to do Boma dinner on our next trip. I want to fit in Boma breakfast but it's a trip from the CBR.
