Do you tip at BOG for breakfast or lunch? Also I have an 8:55 AM reservation. How early can I go into the park before gate opening and is it possible to ride 7DMT before I go to breakfast reservation?

No tipping at BOG for breakfast or lunch. There is a CM who brings the food around on a trolley, but that is the extent of the service. You get your own drink refills, napkins, utensils and such.

I am unsure on the logistics of being able to ride 7DMT before breakfast, so hopefully someone else will be able to comment.

If the park opens at 9:00, you won't be let in early at all since actual opening is around 8:45. You'll be let in with the crowds. So, no, you won't have time to ride 7DMT BEFORE your ADR, and the line will be very long when you finish eating.

If 7DMT is your goal, you need to cancel that ADR and/or keep trying for an earlier one. Even if 7DMT isn't the goal, you'll be eating during that golden first hour of lower crowd touring. By the time you are done with breakfast, lines will be long just about everywhere.

I have a reservation for Halloween at 8:15 AM. Do you think that would be a better one to keep then and we will be able to ride before RD? I was worried about how crowded Magic Kingdom will be on Halloween.

MK opens at 8:00 on the 31st, so that doesn't help you any more than the 8:55.

I don't see the Magic Kingdom opening at 8. I see 9AM. Was the park hours updated?

I don't see that, either. AK has morning EMH that day, but not MK.

ETA: OK, this is interesting. The MDE app shows AK having morning EMH on Oct 31, but the TA calendar shows MK having it that day, while AK has it on Oct 29.

When I look at my on the website it also states AK as EMH that day. So I guess better to keep the reservation while hunting for others for the week

I was going by the info here on wdwinfo.com. easywdw.com and the disney website both have AK with an EMH that morning.

Your idea to keep it for now is a good one, but keep an eye on those hours.

No tipping needed for QS BOG. To avoid crowds arrive about 830-840 and get early acces to the park with your reservation. Go straight to 7DMT instead of your reservation, you'll be among the first to ride at 9am and then go to your breakfast reservation ( I haven't had any troubles being 15-20 minutes late for a reservation and not being let in). You can then use a FP to ride 7DMT again at a later time or for a different attraction. My main reason for doing it this way is to get two rides in one day and to avoid taking my kids on a roller coaster after eating breakfast.

I don't see many people getting sick on that somewhat pathetic excuse for a roller coaster.

I've seen my kids get sick off of it after breakfast
