I forgot the email I used when I originally signed up for BOG (I have 3 reservations for our upcoming trip), and spent 60+ minutes on the phone with IT, Disney Dining, and the front desk of Pop Century trying to figure out how to reset/retrieve it.
Turns out, there's no support for the site - I got transferred, hung up on, and finally told that there's no way to do anything before I check in, a month from now. IT told me that the team in charge of BOG now is the front desk staff at the hotels - the hotels didn't know what I was talking about. The sweetest CM at Pop, Amanda, then spent another hour researching it for me, and called me back to tell me that their internal IT, Dining, and Pop management all didn't know what it was, and couldn't do anything else.
It's frustrating how the left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing. I know that it's a beta testing, but when IT doesn't even know what's going on, it seems a little ridiculous.
