BOG - lunch vs. dinner?

What's the biggest differences? Besides the menu of course...

Dinner: Beast is at BOG during dinner, he walks through but doesn't greet at the table. After dinner you can meet and have a picture taken with the Beast, but no signature.
Dinner is table service, waitress takes orders at table and obtains drink refills.
Dinner you are seated where a table is open.
Lunch You can order before you arrive with FP+ or at a kiosk when you arrive. You can choose where to sit, The rose gallery is only open for lunch.
Food is delivered to you at the table but you obtain you own drinks.

I prefer lunch personally here. Much cheaper, like the menu better, and would rather use my dinners on places that felt more relaxing. Just my 2 cents
