BOG at 180 days?

Today I am 180 days away from our trip - and I booked every ADR that I wanted for the times I wanted (except for T-Rex, had to book an hour earlier). That includes a dinner ADR at BOG at 5:15.

I have an 830 BOG 4/18 ADR but flight plans changed which alter my big proposal surprise!!! I'm living on WDW website hoping to find a BOG at 6ish.

Don't know why things aren't looking that easy for me? Just fornd out DH won't be able to go as planned in Sept, so we're looking at May 13-18. I've been looking at what's available that week for our ADRs. BOG is only showing 8:30 PM available for that week, even tho it says dinner is 4-7PM. I have even tried plugging in different party sizes to see if our party size is the problem ( only 2 of us). Still nothing. Thankfully I like the looks of the lunch menu too!
