BOG ADR and timing of calling

Just did this 6 months ago for my October trip and have forgotten already! First of all, are ADR's now available for BOG for lunch and dinner? For some reason I just thougt it was dinner and breakfast? Also, Friday morning is my 180 day mark for April trip. I know I can call on the phone before the online ressies open up, but what time is that? The way it worked out I am making all my ADR's for my next trip the day before I leave for this trip so am a bit crazed this week!

You're backwards. Online opens up at 6am eastern, and the phones open up an hour later.
