How late does the boat transportation run from Swan / Dolphin to EPCOT and Studios?

TO the parks, it runs until park closing.

FROM the parks, 45 minutes after closing.

Keep in mind that you can walk to either park from the Swan and Dolphin. Probably about a ten minute walk to Epcot and maybe fifteen at most to the Studios.
