Approximately how long does it take to take the boat from OKW to DTD? Are there stops at Market Place and West Side?

When I stayed at OKW last summer, the boat went from OKW to West Side. We had to take another boat from West Side to Marketplace. Or you can walk from West Side to Marketplace.
The time varied depending on the boat schedule.
