Is this just the regular boat loop, or a special tour? Does it cost money? It seems like it would be a fun, relaxing thing to do.

Sounds like water mice to me. They're lots of fun on a hot day. You can rent one or two person water mice, 21-foot pontoon boats, 25-foor pontoon boats, canopy boats from the YC.

I see. For some reason I thought this was one of those large boats piloted by a cast member. I guess the Water Mice would explain the lack of background talking.
