Boat Service MGM-Epcot WS

Does anyone know how late the boats run between the two parks? I was thinking of using the boat from MGM to WS so we wouldn't have to walk through Future World to view Illuminations, but want to know if we'd be able to get back to MGM later by boat or have to walk through the park to the buses. The Studios are only open until 8:30pm that night.

The Friendship Boats run an hour after the park closes ~ So when MGM closes at 8:30 then the last boat leaves from that park at 9:30. No boats will run to MGM after that time.

You could very easily get back to MGM though by walking along the path. Either just walk from Epcot directly or you could take the boat to the BW and then walk from there. The walk from Epcot to MGM takes approximately 30 minutes, give or take a bit.

The Swan/Dolphin stop would save you some walking if you try this. It's the last stop before MGM Studios.
