Boat rental question?

Can i rent a boston whaler or a couple of sea racers at, say the contemporary, drive it around for an hour and then drop it off at wilderness campground area where we have a hoop dee doo reservation?
Is there a marina close to HHD?
Just looking for a different way to enjoy getting to HDD.
There will be 3 adults and a 4yr old.

I'm not certain if the boat rental rules are the same all around, but last summer my daughter and I were staying at the Grand Floridian and we rented different boats/different times. We were never allowed to go anywhere but the Grand Floridian with our boats. Just allowed to ride around and return it where we rented. Hope that helps!
