Boardwalk vs Beach Club

I rent DVC points and have stayed at both BWV and BCV. I like both. My last two stays were at BWV in a preferred studio. I love looking out to the boardwalk and lagoon. I've not noticed that the rooms at BWV were run down at all. But maybe my standards are lower than your friends'. Whichever you choose, have a magical trip.
