boardwalk vs beach club studios?

I was wondering which resort those of you who have experienced both feel has the most to offer. We are two adults traveling without children and are members of dvc at the boardwalk. We have never stayed at the beach club or the villas there but have stayed at the Yacht Club. We are going in February and during that time I am not sure if the pool SAB will be too cold to go in anyway. What do you think. Also if you have stayed in a particularly nice room can you list the room number so that we may request it. Much thanks, Tammy and Chris

I have stayed at all the DVC resorts, and where you like most to stay is all a matter of opinion. We are members at BWV, and we like staying there, but my personal favorite is a one bedroom at OKW. It really is huge, compared to BW. I don't notice much difference between studios, but the point difference between the two resorts is noticeable. I did not like WLV much at all--all I had to look at were trees, and if you have seen one tree, you have seen them all. My DH, on the other hand, loves WLV because it's so peaceful, so, you see, it's all opinion. That's the joy of owning DVC, though, you can try them all!!
