Boardwalk Maintenance Fees?

What are the current maintenance fees at BW? I'm trying to decide between an add-on there on SSR, and the difference in maintenance fees, if any, may carry the vote!

Annual dues for 2003 at each resort are as follows:

Old Key West - $3.49
Hilton Head - $3.69
Beach Club Villas - $3.97
Wilderness Lodge - $4.05
Boardwalk Villas - $4.10
Vero Beach - $4.37

Thanks Nick. I wonder why the dues are so high at BWV? My guide just told me a little while ago that the dues at SSR are $3.80, so that puts it at the lowest next to OKW.

Well, we just bought a bunch of them new VCR/DVD combo units... They're a couple of bucks each.

Doesn't the developer guarantee a cap on dues in the first few years? Looking at BWV for 2003, the cap was 2.8514 plus capital reserves & taxes. Does the developer's responsibility change percentage wise as the years pass? There was a bigger gap between VWL and BWV when VWL first opened, now it has narrowed to .05.
